CHR-6d IMU

The CHR-6d is a 6-axis IMU, combining three accelerometer axes and three rate gyro axes in a .8" by .7" footprint. An onboard ARM Cortex™ processor samples and filters gyro and accelerometer outputs and sends results over a TTL (3.3V) UART. The CHR-6d was designed specifically for low cost and ease of use.

CHR-6dm AHRS

The CHR-6dm is an Attitude and Heading Reference System (AHRS) combining rate gyros, accelerometers, magnetic sensors, and a 32-bit ARM Cortex processor all on one small board. An onboard Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) handles the tricky data fusion problem, reporting yaw, pitch, and roll angles at up to 300 Hz over a simple TTL (3.3V) UART interface. The CHR-6dm provides built-in routines for gyro bias calibration, and PC software is available for automatic soft and hard iron magnetometer calibration.

UM6 Orientation Sensor (CHR-UM6)

The UM6 Ultra-Miniature Orientation Sensor uses rate gyros, accelerometers, magnetic sensors, and an onboard 32-bit ARM Cortex processor to estimate sensor orientation at 1000 Hz. Sensor orientation is reported using either quaternions or Euler Angles over a TTL UART at user-customizable rates.

UM6 Serial Breakout Board

The UM6 Serial Breakout Board makes it easy to connect the UM6 to a computer using an RS-232 serial port or a USB-serial converter. Using the UM6 Serial Breakout Board together with CH Robotics free Serial Interface software, you can be configuring the UM6 and visualizing data in a matter of minutes.
